Based on previous findings and recommendations, we have implemented several adjustments to workplaces and social areas and obtained important information for conducting trainings proposed by the employees themselves.
The survey was anonymous and conducted in the form of a satisfaction questionnaire in paper format in the operations of mechanical engineering, plastics, and measuring technology, and in electronic form for administrative staff. 42.2% of employees participated. Among the participants, 4 employees were randomly selected to receive a Tesco voucher worth €50.
The company management has taken note of the results of the 2024 satisfaction survey and is preparing measures to improve employee satisfaction, which will be discussed with employee representatives.
