SLOVARM Myjava produces and supplies plastic products for heavy-duty applications in the mechanical and electrical engineering industries and the consumer goods industry. It is also a certified testing laboratory of moulds used in the production of plastic products.
The technical equipment and production capacities allow the company to deliver special products matched to the customer´s requirements within the range of 1 g to 4700 g.
In our plastics laboratory we test specific chemical and physical properties of plastics, elastomers, colour concentrates and rubber and plastic components. The laboratory focuses mainly on the input and in-process check of plastic granulates and plastic components.
The main tests involve determination of the melt flow index with the Göttfert plastomer, the moisture content with the Ultra x Electronic moisture meter, the ash content and the chemical resistance of plastics.
Production of technically complex flow moulds using selected ENGEL presses controlled with EC-88 and CC-90 microprocessor-based control systems guaranteeing excellent reproduction of technological parameter settings.

Flow moulds with a maximum weight of 4 700 g and required closing force of 10,000 kN.
